Refund policy

You may return a physical product if it does not meet your expectations, has a manufacturing defect, or was incorrectly sent to you. Any returned product must be currently in print and in new condition. You can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one on our website. Claims for packages damaged or lost during shipment can be filed online directly with USPS.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are also responsible for shipping costs to return the product to Authentic Intimacy.

Returning Books:
Returns of books must be completed within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items :
A DVD may not be returned if it has been opened.
Sales of digital materials, including videos, JWJ Listening Guides, Online Book Studies, and any online coaching or intensive classes/groups are final and are not refundable.
